Pramirol

Pramirol contains Pramipexole, which is a non-ergoline dopamine agonist. It works by stimulating dopamine receptors in the brain, helping to reduce motor deficits in Parkinson's disease and reduce sensory-motor symptoms in Restless Legs Syndrome.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage must be titrated gradually starting from a low dose (typically 0.125 mg) and increased slowly over weeks under strict medical supervision. Take with or without food, but taking it with food may reduce nausea. Do not discontinue treatment abruptly.
