Rolipex

Rolipex contains Pramipexole, which acts as a selective and specific dopamine receptor agonist. By stimulating dopamine receptors in the brain, it helps manage the motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease, such as tremors, rigidity, and slow movement, and alleviates the sensory-motor symptoms of Restless Legs Syndrome.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage must be strictly individualized and titrated gradually by a healthcare provider. For Parkinson's disease, the initial dose is typically 0.125 mg taken three times daily, which may be increased gradually. For Restless Legs Syndrome, a lower starting dose is usually taken once daily, 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. Do not discontinue treatment abruptly.
