Prami

Prami contains Pramipexole, a dopamine agonist. It works by stimulating dopamine receptors in the brain, helping to improve muscle control, reduce tremors, and alleviate the irresistible urge to move the legs associated with Restless Legs Syndrome.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage must be individualized and gradually titrated under strict medical supervision. For Parkinson's disease, the initial dose is typically 0.125 mg taken three times daily, slowly increased weekly. For Restless Legs Syndrome, it is usually taken once daily, 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. Do not discontinue suddenly as it may cause severe withdrawal symptoms.
