Isonex

Isonex contains Isoniazid, a primary first-line antitubercular medication. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of mycolic acids, which are essential components of the bacterial cell wall of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, thereby leading to bacterial cell death.

Dosage by Body Weight

Take on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals, with a full glass of water. It is highly recommended to take Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) concurrently to reduce the risk of peripheral neuropathy.
