Zyprexa

Dosage by Body Weight
The standard starting oral dose for adults is 5 mg to 10 mg once daily, with a target dose of 10 mg/day. Dose adjustments should occur at intervals of not less than 24 hours. For adolescents (ages 13-17), the starting dose is 2.5 mg to 5 mg once daily. Not indicated or safety-established for pediatric patients under the age of 13.
