Zifi

Zifi is a popular brand of Cefixime, a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. It exhibits bactericidal activity by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis. It is highly stable in the presence of beta-lactamase enzymes and is effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is not effective against viral infections.
