Vomistop

Vomistop contains Domperidone, a dopamine antagonist with antiemetic and prokinetic properties. It works by blocking dopamine receptors in the gastrointestinal tract and the chemoreceptor trigger zone in the brain, which increases gastrointestinal motility, accelerates gastric emptying, and effectively prevents nausea and vomiting.
