Renodapt

Renodapt contains Mycophenolate mofetil, an immunosuppressant drug. It works by inhibiting the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes, which are responsible for attacking and rejecting foreign transplanted organs.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage must be strictly individualized and monitored by a transplant specialist. For kidney transplants, the standard adult dose is 1g taken twice daily (2g daily). For heart and liver transplants, the standard adult dose is 1.5g taken twice daily (3g daily). Pediatric dosing is based on Body Surface Area (BSA) rather than body weight alone.
