Mycept

Mycept is an immunosuppressant medication containing Mycophenolate Mofetil. It works by weakening your body's defense system (immune system) to help prevent it from rejecting a transplanted organ. It specifically inhibits the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes.

Dosage by Body Weight

The standard adult dose is 1g to 1.5g taken orally twice daily (every 12 hours) on an empty stomach. Pediatric dosing is highly specialized and is calculated based on Body Surface Area (BSA) rather than body weight alone.
