Permite

Permite is a topical antiparasitic cream containing 5% w/w Permethrin. It is used to treat scabies, an infestation of tiny mites that irritate the skin. Permethrin belongs to a class of drugs known as pyrethrins and works by paralyzing and killing the mites and their eggs.

Dosage by Body Weight

Thoroughly massage the cream into the skin from the head to the soles of the feet. For adults and children over 12 years, a single tube of 30g is usually sufficient. Leave the cream on the body for 8 to 14 hours, then wash it off completely by showering or bathing. Usually, a single application is curative.
