Panzyga
Panzyga is a sterile, ready-to-use 10% liquid preparation of highly purified immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies. It is administered intravenously to treat primary immunodeficiency, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, and chronic immune thrombocytopenia by replenishing antibody levels or immunomodulation.
Dosage by Body Weight
Dosage is highly individualized and calculated based on the patient's body weight, indication, and clinical response. Must be administered by a healthcare professional. Typical PI dose is 300 to 600 mg/kg (3 to 6 mL/kg) every 3 to 4 weeks. Typical CIDP/ITP loading dose is 2 g/kg (20 mL/kg) divided over 2 to 5 days. Rates of infusion must be titrated slowly.
