Gabapin

Gabapin is an anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain medication containing Gabapentin. It works by altering the way the body senses pain and by stabilizing electrical activity in the brain to prevent seizures.

Dosage by Body Weight

Adult dosing for neuropathic pain usually starts at 300 mg once on day 1, 300 mg twice daily on day 2, and 300 mg three times daily on day 3, then titrated up by a doctor. Take with or without food. Do not discontinue abruptly as it may trigger withdrawal symptoms or seizures.
