Naivex

Naivex contains Dolutegravir (50mg), which is an integrase strand transfer inhibitor (INSTI). It blocks the integrase enzyme, preventing the HIV virus from replicating and decreasing the viral load in the body, thereby helping to improve the immune system.

Dosage by Body Weight

The standard dose for adults and pediatric patients weighing at least 20 kg is one 50 mg tablet once daily. Dose may be increased to 50 mg twice daily in patients with documented integrase inhibitor resistance or when co-administered with certain drugs (like rifampicin, carbamazepine, or phenytoin). Take with or without food.
