Hidrasec

Hidrasec contains Racecadotril, an oral enkephalinase inhibitor. It acts as an anti-secretory agent that reduces the hypersecretion of water and electrolytes in the intestines caused by toxins or inflammation, without affecting basal secretion or intestinal transit time.

Dosage by Body Weight

Should be taken orally, usually three times a day at regular intervals. Granules should be mixed with water or food. Treatment should be continued until two normal stools are recorded, but should not exceed 7 days.
