Gamunex-C

Gamunex-C is a sterile, ready-to-use solution of human immune globulin (IgG) containing 10% protein. It is purified from pooled human plasma and provides broad-spectrum IgG antibodies to protect against infections and modulate immune responses in autoimmune conditions.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage must be individualized based on the specific indication, patient's weight, and clinical response. Standard dosing ranges from 300-600 mg/kg every 3 to 4 weeks for PI, and up to 2 g/kg total dose for ITP or CIDP. Administered via intravenous (IV) or subcutaneous (SC) infusion.
