Enuff

Enuff contains Racecadotril, an oral enkephalinase inhibitor. It works by preventing the degradation of endogenous enkephalins, reducing hypersecretion of water and electrolytes into the intestinal lumen without delaying intestinal transit time.

Dosage by Body Weight

Standard adult dose is 100 mg three times daily. For children, dosage is calculated based on body weight (typically 1.5 mg/kg per dose, three times daily). Always administer alongside adequate fluid rehydration.
