Domperidone

Domperidone increases movements or contractions of the stomach and bowel. It also blocks dopamine receptors in the brain to reduce nausea.

Dosage by Body Weight

Use in children is restricted in some regions due to cardiac risk. Dosage must be strictly weight-based (0.25 mg/kg up to 3 times daily).
