Bethkis

Bethkis is an aminoglycoside antibacterial inhalation solution indicated for the management of active lung infections caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria in cystic fibrosis patients aged 6 years and older.

Dosage by Body Weight

The recommended dosage for adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older is one single-use ampule (300 mg/4 mL) administered twice daily by oral inhalation in alternating cycles of 28 days on drug, followed by 28 days off drug. Dosage is not calculated by body weight and is not approved for patients under 6 years of age.
