Tobramycin (Ophthalmic)

An aminoglycoside antibiotic that works against many Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria in the eye.

Dosage by Body Weight

For mild infections, 1-2 drops every 4 hours. For severe infections, 2 drops every hour until improvement.
