Tadalafil

Tadalafil is a selective phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It aids in erectile dysfunction by relaxing smooth muscles and increasing blood flow to the corpus cavernosum, and helps in PAH by dilating the pulmonary vascular bed.
