Spedra

Spedra is a prescription medication containing the active ingredient avanafil, which belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by helping to relax the blood vessels in the penis, enabling an increased flow of blood into the penis during sexual stimulation. It is notable for its rapid onset of action, often working within 15 to 30 minutes.
