Signifor LAR

It is administered once monthly via deep intramuscular injection.

Dose may be adjusted between 20 mg and 60 mg based on GH and IGF-1 levels. For Cushing's Disease, the recommended initial dose is 10 mg once every 4 weeks, up to a maximum of 40 mg every 4 weeks. Not recommended for pediatric use.
