Rimactazid

Rimactazid is a fixed-dose combination antibiotic containing rifampicin and isoniazid. It is prescribed to treat tuberculosis infections, combining two highly effective anti-TB drugs into a single pill to simplify administration and improve patient adherence.

Dosage by Body Weight

Take orally once daily on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after a meal. Standard adult dosage is based on weight categories starting from 30 kg. Therapy must be supervised and continued for the full duration prescribed to prevent drug resistance.
