Rimactane

Rimactane is an antibacterial prescription medicine containing rifampicin. It is highly effective against mycobacteria and acts by inhibiting bacterial RNA synthesis. Because bacteria can rapidly develop resistance, Rimactane is almost always used in combination with other active antituberculosis drugs.
