Dosage by Body Weight

For adults, the starting dose is typically 25 mg (5 mL) daily, which may be titrated up based on individual needs and tolerability to a maximum of 400 mg (80 mL) per day. Qdolo is contraindicated in all pediatric patients younger than 12 years of age.
