Penicillin V Potassium is an orally active penicillin antibiotic. It is highly effective against Gram-positive bacteria, working by inhibiting the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall, which eventually causes bacterial cell death.

Dosage by Body Weight

Take on an empty stomach, 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals, for maximum absorption. Pediatric doses should be measured using a proper dosing syringe or cup. Ensure the full course of treatment is completed.
