Loxazol

Loxazol is a topical dermal cream containing 5% permethrin, a synthetic pyrethroid agent. It is used as an antiparasitic treatment to eradicate scabies mites and their eggs, as well as pubic lice. It functions by disrupting the sodium channel currents on the nerve cell membranes of the parasites, leading to delayed repolarization, paralysis, and death.
