Licab

Licab contains Lithium Carbonate, a mood stabilizer. It helps manage manic-depressive illness (bipolar disorder) by restoring the balance of certain neurotransmitters in the brain. Regular blood tests are required during treatment to monitor serum lithium levels and prevent toxicity.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage must be strictly individualized based on serum lithium levels and clinical response. Typically started at 300 mg to 600 mg two to three times daily. Do not alter doses or stop treatment without consulting a psychiatrist.
