Khapzory

Khapzory (levoleucovorin) is a folate analog. It is the pharmacologically active isomer of leucovorin (folinic acid) used to rescue healthy cells from the toxic effects of high-dose methotrexate and to treat accidental methotrexate overdoses, as well as in combination regimens for advanced colorectal cancer.

Dosage by Body Weight

Administered exclusively via intravenous infusion. Dosing is highly complex and must be individualized based on chemotherapy protocols, body surface area (BSA), and serum methotrexate levels. Always consult an oncologist.
