Fresofol

Fresofol is an intravenous anesthetic agent containing propofol. It is a short-acting, general anesthetic used to start and maintain anesthesia, as well as to provide sedation in intensive care or during diagnostic procedures. It must only be administered by trained anesthesiologists or intensive care specialists in a hospital setting.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage must be strictly individualized and titrated by a qualified physician. Dose is calculated based on body weight, age, clinical response, and concomitant medications. Continuous monitoring of cardiovascular and respiratory functions is mandatory during administration.
