An Integrase Strand Transfer Inhibitor (INSTI). It has a high genetic barrier to resistance and is now the WHO-preferred first-line treatment for children.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dispersible tablets (5mg) are used for infants/children from 3kg and 4 weeks of age. Can be dissolved in water.
