Deslor

Deslor contains Desloratadine, a non-sedating, long-acting second-generation tricyclic antihistamine. It is a major active metabolite of loratadine and exhibits selective H1-receptor antagonist activity to prevent allergic responses without causing significant drowsiness.

Dosage by Body Weight

For adults and children 12 years and older, the standard dose is 5 mg (1 tablet or 10 mL syrup) once daily. For children under 12, the dose is determined by age/weight and is usually administered via oral solution (0.5 mg/mL). Take with or without food.
