Aerius
Aerius is a non-sedating, long-acting antihistamine that containing desloratadine. It works by blocking histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic symptoms, providing 24-hour relief from seasonal and year-round allergies.
Dosage by Body Weight
Take once daily with or without food. Adults and adolescents (12 years and older): 5 mg daily. Children 6 to 11 years: 2.5 mg (5 mL syrup) daily. Children 1 to 5 years: 1.25 mg (2.5 mL syrup) daily.
