Beyfortus
Beyfortus (nirsevimab-alip) is a long-acting monoclonal antibody designed to provide passive immunity against Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). It is administered as a single intramuscular injection to protect newborns and infants entering or born during their first RSV season, as well as high-risk children up to 24 months old entering their second RSV season.
Dosage by Body Weight
Administered intramuscularly (IM), typically in the anterolateral aspect of the thigh. Dosages of 200 mg must be administered as two separate 100 mg injections at different injection sites.
