Xaparin

Xaparin contains Enoxaparin, a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH). It works by accelerating the inhibition of clotting factors Xa and IIa, preventing the formation and propagation of blood clots without significantly affecting platelet aggregation or systemic coagulation parameters at recommended doses.

Dosage by Body Weight

Must be administered subcutaneously (typically in the abdomen) or intravenously in specific acute coronary indications. Dosage must be highly individualized based on the specific clinical indication, patient body weight, and renal function. Do not inject intramuscularly.
