Vfend

Vfend (voriconazole) is a prescription triazole antifungal medicine used to treat a wide variety of serious, systemic fungal infections by inhibiting fungal cell wall synthesis.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage depends on age, weight, and the type of infection. Usually initiated with an intravenous loading dose followed by oral maintenance therapy. Oral forms should be taken at least one hour before or after a meal.
