Uprizone

Uprizone is an anthelmintic medication containing Piperazine. It is primarily used to treat worm infections such as roundworms and pinworms by paralyzing the parasites, allowing them to be passed out of the body naturally in the stool.

Dosage by Body Weight

Usually administered as a single dose for roundworms, or daily for 7 days for pinworms. Shake well before use. Best taken on an empty stomach followed by water. Dosage is based on body weight and age. Consult a pediatrician before administering to infants.
