Ulgel

Ulgel is an antacid and antiflatulent combination. Magaldrate works by neutralizing excess acid in the stomach, while Simethicone reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles, allowing them to be expelled more easily, thereby relieving bloating, flatulence, and abdominal discomfort.

Dosage by Body Weight

For adults, typically 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) of suspension or 1 to 2 chewable tablets taken 1 hour after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
