Simeco

Simeco is a combination medicine consisting of antacids (Aluminum Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide) and an antiflatulent (Simethicone). The antacids neutralize stomach acid, while simethicone helps break up gas bubbles in the digestive tract, facilitating their elimination.
