Mylanta

Mylanta is an over-the-counter combination antacid and antiflatulent medication. The aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide work rapidly to neutralize excess stomach acid, providing quick relief from heartburn and indigestion. Simethicone acts as a defoaming agent to reduce surface tension of gas bubbles, allowing them to coalese and be passed more easily, relieving bloating and gas pressure.
