Trileptal

Trileptal (oxcarbazepine) is an anticonvulsant or antiepileptic drug. It works by stabilizing hyperexcited neural membranes, inhibiting repetitive neuronal firing, and diminishing oscillatory bursts of action potentials, primarily by blocking voltage-sensitive sodium channels.
