Tacrograf

Tacrograf is an immunosuppressant medication containing Tacrolimus. It belongs to the class of calcineurin inhibitors and works by reducing the activity of the body's immune system to prevent it from attacking and rejecting a newly transplanted organ.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage must be strictly individualized and managed by a transplant specialist. It is typically taken twice daily (every 12 hours) on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after meals) to ensure consistent absorption. Routine blood concentration monitoring is mandatory to adjust doses.
