Rasuvo

Rasuvo is a single-dose subcutaneous auto-injector containing methotrexate, a folate analog metabolic inhibitor. It is designed for once-weekly administration for autoimmune conditions and psoriasis.

Dosage by Body Weight

Rasuvo is administered subcutaneously once weekly. It must NEVER be taken daily, as daily administration can lead to fatal toxicity. For adults with RA, the typical starting dose is 7.5 mg once weekly. For pediatric JIA, dosing is based on body surface area (BSA).
