Rapither

Rapither is an antimalarial injection containing Alpha-Beta Arteether, a semi-synthetic artemisinin derivative. It is specifically used for the treatment of severe and complicated malaria, including cerebral malaria, typically when oral administration is not feasible.

Dosage by Body Weight

Administered exclusively via deep intramuscular injection (IM). The standard adult dosage is 150 mg once daily for 3 consecutive days. Pediatric dosage is calculated at 3 mg/kg body weight once daily for 3 consecutive days.
