Nocdurna

Nocdurna contains desmopressin acetate, a synthetic analogue of the natural antidiuretic hormone arginine vasopressin. It works by binding to V2 receptors in the renal collecting ducts, increasing water permeability, and thereby reducing urine production overnight.
