Desmopressin (DDAVP)

A synthetic version of vasopressin (anti-diuretic hormone). It reduces the amount of urine produced by the kidneys overnight.

Dosage by Body Weight

For bedwetting, take at bedtime. Fluid intake must be restricted 1 hour before and 8 hours after taking the dose to avoid water intoxication.
