Mastifen
Mastifen contains Ketotifen, which is an antihistamine and mast cell stabilizer. It is primarily used for the long-term prevention of bronchial asthma attacks and the management of allergic disorders. It works by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators like histamine and leukotrienes. Note that it is a prophylactic agent and is not effective for treating acute asthma attacks.
