Lactrase

Lactrase is a dietary supplement containing the lactase enzyme (tilactase). It is used to help people who have difficulty digesting dairy products. The enzyme breaks down lactose, the sugar found in milk, into simpler sugars that the body can readily absorb, thereby preventing gastrointestinal discomfort.

Dosage by Body Weight

Take immediately before consuming dairy products. The dose is determined by the amount of lactose consumed and individual sensitivity, rather than body weight. If dairy consumption continues beyond 30-45 minutes, a repeat dose may be required.
