Infliximab (Pediatric)

A TNF-alpha blocker. It is a monoclonal antibody that reduces inflammation in the gut and is used when other drugs fail.

Dosage by Body Weight

Pediatric dose: 5 mg/kg IV at 0, 2, and 6 weeks, then every 8 weeks.
