Adalimumab
Adalimumab is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody specific for human tumor necrosis factor (TNF-alpha). By binding to TNF-alpha, it blocks its interaction with cell surface receptors, thereby inhibiting the inflammatory cascade responsible for autoimmune tissue damage.
